  • You have incurred return check fees in the last 12 months. Your account has been flagged to accept cash payments only. Please use the barcode at the back of your paper bill to pay by cash at 7-Eleven. If you do not have your paper bill, go to to pull up your barcode.
  • You receive your bill from your energy supply company. Please refer to payment options listed in your gas bill.
  • You entered your pre-petition Washington Gas account number. Please make payment to your post-petition Washington Gas account.
  • Your account is enrolled in collective billing. Please check with your accounting team managing the collective invoice.
